Along with your application, please email a detailed proposal and floor plan of how the event tables and chairs will be setup. Be as specific as possible (including special installation requirements, technological equipment, etc.).

We hold the right to refuse permission to use the Atrium, Connector Hall, Plaza, Portico, or Central Collaboration Area if the event is deemed inappropriate for whatever reason to the goals of the Duderstadt Center.
