The University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance, Department of Dance, proudly presents Exploring the Complexities of Jazz Funk, the thesis performance of Master of Fine Arts in Dance candidate Lenard J. Foust. The event is a unique invitation for viewers to go behind-the-scenes into the process and performance of a commercial dance video production. Featuring choreography by Foust and international jazz funk dance professionals Lando Coffy and Jose Tena, Foust performs with a cast of twenty dancers, illuminating the jazz funk style alongside interactive projections.
